We will attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, there may be inaccuracies, typos, or errors related to product photos, descriptions, prices, and availability. We do not guarantee the completeness and accuracy of any information on our website. All sales are final after your order is processed. Cancellation, and changes of product, quantity, brand and/or size will not be allowed once submitted. Please review your order carefully before you submit your order or payment to us.

All orders are delivered by Pos Laju / CityLink Express courier services. Free shipping is available for orders above RM500 shipped within West Malaysia. Estimated delivery time is approximately 5 to 10 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays) after payment is made. Shipping and delivery are subject to courier service delays and may vary due to product availability. You are responsible for notifying us before placing your order if you have a deadline to receive your consignment. We shall bear no responsibility for any delay after the order is processed.
Under normal circumstances, we do not offer exchange or return. Only products with defects, wrong items, or wrong sizes sent by Murall Clinic can be exchanged. Slight variation of size and/or colour is not considered a defect. Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 working days upon parcel receipt. Upon approval, the returned product must reach us within 7 working days in original condition. Sale items and items purchased during promotions are not applicable for any returns or exchanges. We reserve the right to refuse exchange or return of a product.

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Murall Clinic provides non-surgical aesthetic and cosmetic services, which may include but are not limited to injectables, laser procedures, skin treatments, and body contouring. All services are elective in nature and provided subject to clinical suitability and professional judgment.
Aesthetic treatments are subjective and outcomes vary between individuals. The Clinic makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee, express or implied, regarding treatment results, symmetry, longevity, or degree of improvement.
The Clinic reserves the right to substitute or reassign treating doctors, aesthetic practitioners, or therapists at its discretion due to clinical judgment, availability, or operational requirements. Such substitution shall not constitute a breach of contract.
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24–48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or failure to attend appointments may result in forfeiture of deposits, session credits, or treatment entitlements, at the Clinic's discretion.
All payments and deposits are strictly non-refundable once treatment has commenced. Any exception shall be at the sole discretion of the Clinic and must be confirmed in writing. Where a refund is approved, it shall be issued either as store credit or via the original method of payment, and shall be subject to applicable finance and administration fees.
Patients are solely responsible for complying with all post-treatment and aftercare instructions. The Clinic shall not be liable for complications arising from non-compliance or treatments performed by third parties.
All aesthetic procedures carry inherent risks, including but not limited to swelling, bruising, infection, asymmetry, or dissatisfaction. The Patient acknowledges and accepts such risks.
All personal and medical information is processed and stored in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), Malaysia. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, the Clinic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or economic losses arising from treatment outcomes, appointment changes, or clinic relocation.
The Clinic shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions, or facility closures.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
All prepaid services, packages, treatments, and credits must be redeemed within two (2) years from the date of purchase. Any unredeemed services or balances remaining after this period shall be deemed forfeited and shall not be eligible for refund, extension, or exchange, save at the sole discretion of the Clinic.
The Clinic reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version shall be published on the Clinic's website and shall supersede all previous versions.
Please note: once we have dispatched your order via courier, Murall Clinic is not liable for any delays if the parcel is in transit due to holiday seasons, incorrect addresses, delivery failure, or other circumstances beyond our control.
You may choose to pick up your order from our clinic location after payment is made. This option is available during our operating hours. If the date or time shown is not available, kindly contact us at +6016 262 5300 to arrange a suitable slot.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then notify you on the status of your refund after inspection.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
